Description

These  copper wire weave earrings feature glass Cats Eye beads.

I oxidised these earrings to add an attractive antique finish, which shows off the meticulous wire weave and contrasts beautifully with the gorgeous mauve colour of the Cats Eye beads.

After hand polishing, I applied a liberal coating of Protectaclear which protects the earrings from tarnish.

The ear wires are Niobium, a metal with excellent hypoallergenic properties, so a great solution if you have adverse reactions to other ear wires.

The earrings are approximately 1/2 inch in length (1.5 cm). The length of the ear wires is 2 cm.
