What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from the receipt of your jewellery to return it for a full refund, as long as it is unused and in the original packaging. Please email me at weavermaria9@gmail.com to start your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I get my order?
- Orders received on weekdays are posted the same day.
- Orders are sent Monday-Friday by Royal Mail 24 hour Tracked postage.
- Orders received during the weekend will be dispatched no later than the following Monday and will be sent by Royal Mail 24 hour Tracked.
Where are your products manufactured?
I hand make all of my jewellery from my studio on the south coast of the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
I offer Free UK delivery for all of my DONMARIE Jewellery.
Is every piece unique?
Yes! Each DONMARIE piece is one-of-a-kind and perfect if you appreciate unique designs or want to give a special gift to a loved one.
